Beginning Again

I recently read that all authors need a place to point people to that looks professional and clean. I completely agree. If you want to follow me, this is a good place to do it, as well as on my Facebook page. I don’t exactly know what I will be posting or even how often, but at least I have a place that is mine to do it. Thank you, whoever you might be, for being here and reading this. I don’t write to make millions of dollars. I write to connect with others, something, in my opinion, that is worth more than any amount of money.

I think that’s what all artists really want. They want to be seen, acknowledged, and applauded. If I can write something that makes you feel, characters and places that break your heart and stay in your mind long after reading the page, then I have done my job. That is what I want more than anything. To carve out a place in other people’s minds with the people, places, and things that fill up mine.

I promise to do that and not to waste your time with anything less than my best. So, again, thank you.
